Abby Reuscher is a science teacher at LHS; she teaches chemistry and forensic science. She has also taught robotics to small children in the past; and, is happy to bring that experience to the FIRST Robotics team in the high school.
Kathy County teaches US History and Psychology at Lewiston High School. She is a mentor with Team 5687 The Outliers and has children that are also a part of the team. She is very excited to be a part of our rookie team!
Mark Richards teaches the Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering and Principles of Engineering Programs at Lewiston Regional Technical Center for high school students of six sending schools. He has over 20 years of industry experience in mechanics, construction, and nuclear power plus 20 years of teaching experience. GO TEAM 8023!
Erin Morrison is the choral director of Lewiston High School, teaching 4 choirs and music theory classes to her students. She was the safety captain and build team captain of team 501 The Power Knights, and also was a spirit mentor for Team 172, The Pink Team, other known as Nothern Force and is very excited to share her experience with the student team.
Alicia Biggs is the Computer Science Coordinator for Lewiston Public Schools. She coordinates the CSForLPS project. She is thrilled LRTC established a FIRST team this year and can't wait to see what they accomplish!
Kush Sharma is a first-year student at Bates College pursuing a double major in Economics and Theater. He was born in New-Delhi, India, and spent most of his life there before moving to South India to study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme(IBDP) at the United World College in Pune. He has always been passionate about STEM, knowing the importance and the true value of it, and studied Computer Science at a higher level as part of the IBDP. He also spent a year studying Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at a higher level as a junior in high school. He is extremely proud to be a part of the LRTC FIRST Robotics Team as a coach-mentor and considers himself very fortunate to be able to contribute to the amazing work the team is doing.
